Megan Reinke
Mental Health Intern

Megan is a senior at St. John Fisher University, where she is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with minors in Management and Psychology. Over the last four years, she has been integrated into the public health world and the community. She is excited to collaborate with WellVentions to create meaningful programs and aid in the grant writing process.

Elizabeth M. Hollebrandt
Grants & Evaluation Manager

Elizabeth joins Prosper Rochester with an extensive background in public health and healthcare services. She plays a key role in writing and managing grants to support Prosper Rochester’s vast array of initiatives, focusing on community wellness programs and health education. Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to health equity, she brings a compassionate, evidence-based perspective to enhancing community health and driving impactful, sustainable change.

Fritzie Belle-Grooney
Executive Assitant

With nearly two decades of experience in administration, hospitality, customer service, and data coordination, Mrs. Belle-Grooney brings a versatile and highly organized skill set to the team. She oversees strategic meeting coordination, grant management, research, and proposal preparation, ensuring seamless operational flow. Fritzie is dedicated to creating structure, maintaining momentum, and supporting the successful advancement of funding efforts and mission‑driven initiatives.

Johnnie Mathis
Youth Leadership Specialist

Mr. Mathis is an accomplished youth mentor, educator, and coach with more than 17 years of professional experience empowering youth to realize their full potential. As the Youth Leadership Specialist, Mr. Mathis leads ProsperRochester’s social-emotional learning programming and youth entrepreneurship training program.

Anastasia (Mulan) Campbell
Inaugural Program Director

As the inaugural Program Director of Prosper Rochester's Youth Job Training Program, she leads workforce development and career readiness efforts for underserved youth. Before joining Prosper Rochester, Ms. Campbell served as the Program Director of the Rochester Children’s Scholarship Fund (RCSF), overseeing the distribution of scholarships, cultivating partnerships with schools and local organizations, and providing students with the academic, personal, and financial resources necessary to succeed through high school and beyond.

Ms. Campbell comes to Prosper Rochester with significant experience in workforce development, having previously served as Program Coordinator at Monroe Community College, managing a CNA training program that aligned student learning with workforce needs, all while providing ongoing post-program support. 

She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) in Executive Leadership, further deepening her commitment to equity, advocacy, and systemic change through education.

Justin Callaghan
Digital Experience

Working across disciplines, Justin draws from his experience in design, marketing, entrepreneurship, and user experience to solve problems for organizations of all sizes. Justin is passionate about empowering others to create the changes they want to see in their community, especially young people—the future of those communities.

When not working as a senior service design consultant, Justin consults with smaller businesses and entrepreneurs to make their products and services more user-friendly.
